Hello. I am Pat Shanahan and this is my third year as principal of St. Rose School. It has been a wonderful three years for me. The faculty, parents and parishioners are truly dedicated, supportive, and incredible people.

Before becoming principal, one could often find me around St. Rose. I was a substitute teacher, worked as the Auxiliary Services Clerk, helped with parish and confirmation retreats, and taught RCIA with my husband.

My husband, John is a graduate of St. Rose, my oldest son graduated from St. Rose in 2005 and is now a sophomore at Lima Central Catholic, and my youngest son is a eighth grader here at St. Rose. I have been a parishioner of St. Rose Parish since I married in 1989. I have a Bachelors Degree in Public Administration from Miami University. Before coming here, I worked in both the public and private sector.
